Franklin and Marshall College

A Letter from our President

Joining Alpha Phi was one of the best decisions I have ever made. As a First-Year student at F&M, I knew I wanted a home away from home, to be a part of a group of women who constantly support each other, and to be a part of something bigger than myself. When I heard about Greek life, I knew that was the place for me. Through recruitment, I made friendships with other women both in and out of my sorority at F&M. I joined Alpha Phi because I admired the older sisters and knew that being a part of this sorority would make me a better person.

Alpha Phi is full of women who are uniquely different yet come together through similar values and sisterhood. We are constantly supporting each other whether it is at a Field Hockey game, watching an Acapella concert, helping the community, or even studying together in the library. Each sister in Alpha Phi has different backgrounds and interests. We are from all over the country and world, have a variety of different majors, and are involved with other extra-curricular activities on campus.

Being a part of Alpha Phi has challenged me to be the best version of myself, given me lifelong friendships, leadership skills, and much more. I am so thankful to be a part of such an amazing organization and call Alpha Phi my home.

Love,

Lezah Richardson
